Questions That Xians Cannot Answer

Where did the talking snake come from? Why are humans (and plants) created twice in Genesis? If the god character is all-powerful and all-present, why would he need angels? How did platypuses get back to Australia after the flood without being seen by a single human soul? A global flood would kill everything on the planet. What did everyone eat when the floods receded? Why does it say that Noah took two each of every animal in one passage, and that he took "seven pairs of the clean and two each of the unclean" in another passage? Why do xians insist on praying in public even though the jesus character specifically forbids doing so? (There is no ambiguity in these passages. No "room for interpretation." Do it this way, or you are a hypocrite.) It is implicated, although not outright stated, that you shouldn't build churches in the first place. How did Lucifer, an angel with no free will, revolt against his creator, thus committing the ultimate act ...

Logical Fallacies in Xian Mythology

The All Knowing Paradox If there is an all-knowing god, then we have no free will. To illustrate: Do something that would surprise god. Make him say “I didn’t know you would do that!” If you can, then god is not all-knowing. If you can’t, then you have no free will. Taking this to its logical conclusion, god planned the Holocaust. If there is an all-knowing god, he is malevolent.   The Rebellion Paradox Way back when, god created a bunch of angels. (Why an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent god would need angels is another debate altogether.) These angels were his constructed slaves, designed to float around and tell him how awesome he is. (Speaking to the god character’s deep insecurities.) Then mankind showed up, and god gave them free will (Which is an illusion; see the All-Knowing Paradox.) and all Hell literally br...
